Kann ich beide Bungalows gleichzeitig mieten?Can I rent both bungalows at the same time?

Ja, bei frühzeitiger Anfrage und Verfügbarkeit können Sie beide Bungalows gemeinsam buchen. Das ist besonders beliebt bei größeren Gruppen oder Familien, die zusammen reisen möchten. Yes, subject to early enquiry and availability, you can book both bungalows together. This is especially popular with larger groups or families travelling together.

Wann kann ich einchecken und auschecken?What are the check-in and check-out times?

Der Check-in ist von 15:00 bis 18:00 Uhr möglich, der Check-out bis 10:00 Uhr. Sollten Sie außerhalb dieser Zeiten anreisen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte im Voraus mit, damit wir eine Lösung finden können. Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. If you need to arrive outside these times, please let us know in advance so we can find a solution.

Wie erhalte ich die Schlüssel?How do I collect the keys?

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich an der Rezeption (Kiefernweg 5, Zinnowitz). So können wir Ihnen alle wichtigen Informationen direkt mitgeben und sicherstellen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt reibungslos beginnt. Key handover takes place in person at the reception (Kiefernweg 5, Zinnowitz). This allows us to provide all important information directly and ensure your stay gets off to a smooth start.

Was ist in den Bungalows enthalten?What is included in the bungalows?

2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und offene Küche mit Essbereich, Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, kostenfreies WLAN, 1 PKW-Stellplatz. Beide Bungalows sind Nichtraucherunterkünfte; Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. 2 bedrooms, living room and open kitchen with dining area, terrace with garden furniture, free Wi-Fi, 1 parking space. Both bungalows are non-smoking; pets are unfortunately not permitted.

Gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten?Is there parking available?

Ja, zu jedem Bungalow gehört ein kostenfreier PKW-Stellplatz direkt am Objekt. Yes, each bungalow comes with one complimentary parking space directly on site.

Sind die Bungalows barrierefrei?Are the bungalows accessible?

Die Bungalows sind barrierearm gestaltet (keine hohen Stufen, jedoch Schwellen und recht enge Badezimmer). Sie sind leider nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. The bungalows are designed with reduced barriers (no high steps, but there are thresholds and fairly compact bathrooms). Unfortunately they are not suitable for wheelchair users.

Wie sind die Stornierungsbedingungen?What are the cancellation terms?

Wir verstehen, dass sich Pläne ändern können. Die Stornogebühren staffeln sich wie folgt: We understand that plans can change. Cancellation fees are as follows:

• Bis 60 Tage vor Anreise: 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr Up to 60 days before arrival: €50 processing fee
• 60–40 Tage vor Anreise: 25 % des Mietpreises (mind. 50 €) 60–40 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price (min. €50)
• 39–25 Tage vor Anreise: 50 % des Mietpreises 39–25 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
• 24–7 Tage vor Anreise: 80 % des Mietpreises 24–7 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
• Ab 6 Tage vor Anreise / Nichterscheinen: 100 % des Mietpreises From 6 days before arrival / no-show: 100% of the rental price

Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, um im Notfall abgesichert zu sein. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself in case of emergency.

Was passiert, wenn ich kurzfristig storniere?What happens with a last-minute cancellation?

Bei kurzfristigen Stornierungen gelten die oben genannten Gebühren. Sollten wir den Bungalow jedoch erfolgreich neu vermieten können, reduzieren sich Ihre Kosten auf die Bearbeitungsgebühr von 50 €. For last-minute cancellations, the fees above apply. However, should we succeed in re-letting the bungalow, your costs are reduced to the €50 processing fee.

Was ist im Gesamtpreis enthalten?What is included in the total price?

Der Gesamtpreis beinhaltet Endreinigung und Buchungsgebühr. Vor Ort sind zusätzlich die Kaution (50 €) und die Kurtaxe in bar zu zahlen. The total price includes the final cleaning fee and booking fee. On arrival, a security deposit (€50) and the local visitor's tax (Kurtaxe) are payable in cash.

Wie und wann ist die Zahlung fällig?How and when is payment due?

Anzahlung: 20 % des Gesamtpreises, fällig innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Buchungsbestätigung.
Restzahlung: 80 % sind spätestens 30 Tage vor Anreise zu überweisen.
Kurzfristige Buchungen: Bei Anreise innerhalb von 30 Tagen ist der volle Betrag sofort fällig. Deposit: 20% of the total price, due within 7 days of the booking confirmation.
Balance: The remaining 80% must be transferred no later than 30 days before arrival.
Short-notice bookings: If arrival is within 30 days, the full amount is due immediately.
